Terms of Service

1. Service

FlipSign ("the Service") is a hosted status page platform operated by Robot, DESTROY! LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to publish misleading status information. You may not use API keys issued to you by any other party without explicit permission. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or tier restrictions.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Data

We store status page configuration, component states, incident history, subscriber emails, and account information. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Liability

Robot, DESTROY! LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including inaccurate status displays, missed notifications, or service downtime.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
