What we collect

• Account data: email address, name (optional), billing information via Stripe
• Status page data: page configuration, component states, incident history, subscriber emails
• Usage data: page views and feature usage via Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies)

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the status page service: displaying component health, recording incidents, notifying subscribers, and processing payments.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not share data with third parties except payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery (Resend)
• We do not use tracking cookies

Data retention

Incident history is retained according to your plan tier. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Subscriber emails are retained until unsubscribed or the status page is deleted.

Data location

Data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL, US-East) and processed on Vercel (US-East). Stripe processes payments in the United States.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@flipsign.live.
